Travel Insurance available through RED SKY
Jayne’s offers Travel Insurance through Red Sky Travel Insurance.
This insurance provides coverage in the event of trip cancellation, offering a full refund if you, a family member, traveling companion, service animal, business partner, or a traveling companion’s family member experiences a covered sickness or injury. The illness or injury must occur before the departure date, require medical treatment as certified by a physician, and result in medical restrictions severe enough to warrant trip cancellation. Jayne’s Cancellation Policy
- If rental is under $20,000/week, a Guest may cancel the agreement 150 days or more prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned, less a fee of $2,000/week of reservation. For rentals between $20,000/week and $40,000/week, the cancellation fee is $4,000/week of rental, if canceled more than 150 days prior to the rental period. For rentals over $60,000/week of rental if canceled more than 150 days prior to the rental period.
- If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental, all deposits will be forfeited.
- If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement, the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.
