Every Jayne’s stay includes thoughtful touches and attentive care, from curated local guidance and pre-arrival concierge coordination to fully stocked kitchen and bathroom amenities. Guests are welcomed by a dedicated Stay Manager who provides a thorough orientation of the home and remains available throughout the stay for light questions or support as needed.
Made for those who value peace of mind knowing support is there if needed, but who do not anticipate making new requests during their stay or requiring urgent, hands-on service.

Enhanced Touch
Everything in Tier One, plus enhanced in-stay support.
For guests anticipating evolving plans or time-sensitive needs, this tier offers prioritized concierge service and hands-on support throughout the stay. Requests and itinerary changes are managed seamlessly, without rush or last-minute service fees.
Ideal for large groups or those expecting mid-stay needs such as car service, provisioning, specialty sourcing, private chef bookings, or itinerary changes.
Enhanced concierge support must be secured prior to arrival and is billed hourly or as a pre-purchased block of concierge hours for preferred value.

Executive Touch
A dedicated, relationship-based private concierge.
Designed for individuals requiring executive-level personal support, this tier operates as an extension of the client’s lifestyle, not simply their stay. Service is ongoing and year-round, and may be engaged whether or not the client is residing at a Jayne’s property.
Support may include travel planning and complex itineraries, lifestyle and schedule management, household and vendor oversight, high-priority problem solving, and coordination with executive assistants, family offices, and advisors.
Private concierge service is billed hourly and requires a retainer held on account. Limited engagements accepted.
