- Payment can be made by e-transfer, wire transfer, Visa or Mastercard (plus 3% service fee) or Amex (plus 3.8% service fee)

- *Rates above assume service is arranged at least 14 days prior to the requested service date. A 25% surcharge will apply to concierge services requested on short notice. If you anticipate needing last-minute arrangements during your stay, we recommend purchasing our Enhanced Concierge Service, which provides priority access to last-minute requests and waives rush fees.
