Dinner‑Only Private Chef Service
A private chef will prepare a bespoke 4‑course dinner at your property (appetizer, starter, main, dessert). Family‑style service or themed menus can also be arranged. Pricing includes food, shopping, preparation, serving, and cleanup.
Larger Groups: (More than 10 guests) – This is priced on a per-person basis, let us know what your requirements are, such as numbers of guests, number of kids, family style vs plated service, type of food, common allergies etc.

A four-course culinary experience featuring delectable options such as steak, beef tenderloin, fish, or rack of lamb.
Includes:
· Appetizers, starter, main course, and dessert, as well as shopping for ingredients, meal preparation, serving, and cleaning up afterward.
· Children aged less than 3 years, are FOC and Children aged 3 to 11 years will be charged 50% of the adult rate
*Cost:
Up to 10 guests: $250 + HST per person
From 10+ guests: $210 + HST per person

All‑Day Private Chef Service
Includes:
$885 + HST per day
· Shopping, preparation, serving, and cleanup for up to two meals (breakfast not included). Food costs are billed separately after shopping.
· Excludes: Breakfast and the cost of food. Guests will be invoiced separately for the cost of groceries. Breakfast can be offered for multiday services starting from the second day onwards.
· Maximum Capacity: 10 Adults guests, including 02 children. Children’s meals can be accommodated if the total guest count is within the maximum. Unless separate arrangements are made, children will dine at the same time as adults.
· If the total number of guests, above mentioned count, an additional sous-chef‑ or waiter will be required depending on the service style.
Notes:
Larger groups may require a sous chef and/or server (minimum 4 hours).
Full‑day service is quoted for 10 guests and adjusted based on final guest count.
Kids’ meals can be included if the total guest count is under 10 and served at the same time as adults unless arranged otherwise.
Travel fees and possible overnight accommodation may apply.
Gratuity is not included.
A 100% non‑refundable deposit is required upon booking.
Sous Chef:
As required: $550+ HST per day
Server/ Bartender:
As required: $65 + HST per hour (4 hour minimum)
Sous Chef and Server:
· For larger groups or more complex menus, a sous chef and/ or server may be required for a minimum of 4 hours. The chef will determine the necessity based on the guest count and chosen menu.
Travel Fee:
· Applicable travel fees will be determined by the chef based on the location of the rental property.
Accommodation:
· For multi-day services, an overnight accommodation fee may be applicable for the chef.
Gratuity:
· While gratuity is not included in the service prices, it is always appreciated. Guests will be informed about gratuity options in the initial communication.
Premium Ingredients:
· Premium food choices such as lobster, crab, and wagyu beef will be subject to additional pricing.
Menu Consultation:
· The chef will contact guests directly to discuss menu preferences and dietary restrictions to ensure a personalized and enjoyable dining experience.
To ensure fairness to both our guests and our culinary professionals, the following cancellation policy applies:
Full Refund
· Cancellations made 15 days or more before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund.
· For multi‑day services exceeding two weeks, cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the service date to receive a full refund.
Partial Refund & Fees
· 7–15 days before service: A 50% cancellation fee applies. This covers the chef’s planning time, declined bookings, and any non‑refundable ingredient purchases.
Less than 7 Days
· No refund is available. At this stage, chefs have finalized menus, purchased perishables, and reserved the date exclusively for your event.
Nonrefundable Costs
· Specialty ingredients or custom ordered items (e.g., imported products, dietary specific items) will be charged separately if cancellation occurs after sourcing has begun.
Rescheduling
· One complimentary reschedule is available when requested 7 or more days in advance.
· Rescheduling within 3–7 days of the service date may be subject to a 25% rebooking fee, to account for the chef’s schedule and preparation time.
· Any reschedule requested 3 days or less before the service date will incur a 100% rebooking fee
