Your second home is likely your favourite place to be, yet you don’t use it all the time. Taking care of this investment is the single most important job we do. We want you to be secure in knowing that we have all the bases covered and you at the center of our thoughts.
We make the process simple for you, meeting personally with you to go over all your concerns, such as personally greeting the Guests upon arrival, key handling, insurance, what to do with your valuables, house rules, cleaning, inspection after departure etc. And returning your house to you like it was never used. We have it all figured out.
We present a “hotel-experience” for your Guests including guaranteeing our availability 24/7 so they feel like they are taken care of. We greet them personally at your property with a Gift Basket and are there to help them with local advice and Concierge services. And we inspect your cottage prior to their arrival and immediately after their departure. We take care of it all so you don’t need to think about it!

Jayne’s Cottages turned our Muskoka waterfront property from a costly liability--to a prime asset. When we first started exploring cottage rental opportunities, we were initially discouraged due to the low rent rates, lack of occupancy offered, and cost-prohibitive upgrades that were demanded of us from another agency. It wasn’t until my friend told me to call Jayne’s—just to play the field a bit—that our luck changed not only for the better, but the best.
