Jayne’s Cottages is an amazing group of people led by an amazing woman – each time we stay at one of the cottages we are blown away by the customer service and the friendliness of the staff. Jayne looks after everything and ensures a holiday that is more than spectacular. The only thing that could be worked on is for Jayne to determine the weather – would have been nice for it too have been a little warmer, lol. Everything is available and makes for an incredible time to spend in a wonderful place with family. Couldn’t say more about how great this experience has been each time we have stayed at one of Jayne’s cottages.

We had a wonderful time over the past five weeks at Dreamscape. As always Jayne and her team provide exceptional service and follow up. Any maintenance issues were quickly addressed. The biweekly cleaning and garbage pick up were reliable. The cottage was well stocked with cleaning supplies and basic needs. Jayne provides renters with an exceptional cottage experience.

The Simcoe Sunbird was perfect for my elderly parents and one elderly dog. My two year old dog just loved it and the kids had so many lake toys to play with. We truly enjoyed ourselves.

We have been renting from Jayne’s Cottages since 2016 and have been consistently impressed with the quality of cottages and professionalism of the staff. Emails are answered promptly, care is taken to recognize issues and address concerns, client relationships are nurtured, and the website is easy to use with great descriptions and photos.

Our experience in 2022 at BlueBird Cottage was fantastic. After two years of not seeing our family due to Covid, we gathered from across the world at a cottage that was a perfect fit for our range of ages and interests. The home is beautifully furnished with a spectacular kitchen (we all want two dishwashers now) and the Muskoka room with the adjustable screen was the perfect location for leisurely coffees and cocktails. The waterfront was divine with almost no boat traffic to interrupt the peace. We are so grateful to the owners for sharing their beautiful home with us – we could not have chosen a better cottage.

The cottage was larger than expected…the pictures did not do it justice. As a repeat customer, we have high expectations from Jayne’s and you didn’t disappoint. Staff are all very pleasant to work. Our host this year, Tina, was terrific to work with and when we did reach out with any questions, was quick to respond and to get us answers.

We were very pleased with the cottage and the waterfront. The cottage as well as the service we received from Cheryl were great.
