El Dorado is situated with south east exposure on the north end of Three Mile Lake. With minimal boat traffic in the surrounding bay, El Dorado offers a very calming and serene atmosphere.

This beautiful property has 280ft of frontage which provides renters with both comfort and privacy! The open-concept main floor walks out onto a very spacious and sunlit deck, bordered by a glass railing and furnished with 2 lounge chairs, a couch and 2 club chairs. A naturally designed stone stairway lowers you down towards the waterfront. Halfway down the pathway sits a fire pit surrounded by 6 Muskoka chairs - perfect for roasting marshmallows or keeping warm during cool summer nights. Enjoy basking in the all-day-sun on 1 of the 6 Muskoka chairs on the dock. The dock also features one sea-doo slip and deep water off the end - perfect for diving. About 25 yards off the dock sits a floating swimming platform providing an amazing place to swim and enjoy the lake.
