Granite Point is located on beautiful Three Mile Lake. Only 5 minute drive to Windermere House, 15 minutes to Bracebridge, 15 minutes to Port Carling, and 25 minutes to the town of Rosseau. 2 hours 15 minutes from Toronto.
PROPERTY
GRANITE POINT is perched atop a ridge overlooking Three-Mile Lake, just north of Bracebridge in the heart of the Muskoka region. There is a large deck located off the main floor of the cottage, complete with a Weber BBQ, patio furniture, and covered as well as open seating areas. The fountains and ponds gracing the area surrounding the cottage are truly special, and add a level of serenity to the property. There is a beautiful waterfall system that borders the property and runs into the lake as well as a flat grassy area that is well suited for lawn games such as croquet or bocce ball. Follow the stone staircase down to the the waterfront and dock area, where swimming and boating activities await. A 22x40 floating boathouse with rooftop patio is a new addition to this picturesque property, equipped with glass railings and offering unprecedented long lake views. You will enjoy spending your afternoons exploring the lake (there is docking for 25 ft. watercraft), taking a cool dip or simply enjoying life at the waterfront, courtesy of the dock level sitting area. Of course, youβll want to spend some time enjoying the view and relaxing in the hot tub, or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit! A paddle boat, canoe as well as one interior boat slip will be available for renters.
