IN THE WOODS is situated on a landscaped gradual slope, and offers guests an elevated view of 315 ft of shoreline. The private primary bedroom walkout features a wrought iron outdoor living room set to enjoy quiet mornings listening to nature. Off the kitchen deck, here is the perfect place for morning brunches or afternoon cocktails, this space includes an 8 person outdoor dining room table, BBQ and awning for shade. A 12 step staircase from the cottage deck connects to a landscaped path that leads down to the waterfront. The cottage fire pit can be found near the path's edge and includes 4 Muskoka chairs and 3 benches for warm summer nights. A second 12 step staircase near the shoreline leads guest to a shaded and tree shelter seating area with 2 Muskoka chairs. For guests looking for fun in the sun, the 600 square foot dock has 4 Muskoka chairs and 2 loungers! Guests will love the large 26' boat slip and room for other boats on the outside of the dock. For those looking for a dive or cannonball of the dock, no worry there as the water depth at the end of the dock measures approximately 16 feet.
