Loon Lake is great for canoeing, kayaking, standup paddle boarding and fishing but also for skiing and tubing. The water is warm and perfect for swimming. This cottage is less than a 2 hour drive from the GTA!

LOON LANDING - As you pull up the driveway to this 4 season accessible cottage, you are greeted by a brand new open concept, 3 bedroom, 3 bath modern build. The wall of windows and sliding glass doors take you onto a large professionally landscaped granite patio with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors and watch the lake. Shade can be found on the upper granite patio, while there is abundant sun on the middle patio and on the dock, which boasts picturesque island dotted lake views. Stunning granite steps lead you down to the lake with large brand new dock and Muskoka chairs. Deep water off the dock is great for swimming. The cottage views are also stunning and peaceful in the winter. It is very accessible during the winter and it’s lovely to make fondue and sit by the fire and play games or watch a movie on the big screen tv.
