MAIN HOUSE
Opening into a grand foyer, you instantaneously feel relaxed looking out onto the pool, hot tub and BBQ. Split into two wings, this home provides both an area for people to congregate and seclusion. You are met with breathtaking views of Lake Simcoe through the great room. The dining area hosts a harvest style table that seats 16+ offers the perfect setting for any family gathering. Distinctive architectural design ties this space together like the one-of-a-kind wooden cathedral ceiling with custom lighting. With a stunning fireplace, this space extends to a sitting room with beautiful lake view’s and TV room that can be closed off with large pocket style doors. The open concept kitchen with large centre island and corian counter tops is perfect for entertaining. Giving you both pool and lake views while keeping you in the centre of the action inside the cottage, this kitchen has 2 sub-zero refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, wine fridge, wolf oven, espresso machine and seating for 6. To the right, the main house offers 8 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 gas fireplaces and fully equipped workout room. For those rainy days, we have a host of games, a theatre room and game’s room with a dartboard and pool table to keep you entertained.
