When you first arrive at Margaritaville , you'll find ample parking space just a few steps from both the cottage's front entrance and the adjacent double garage. You'll be treated to peace and privacy immediately upon arrival, with the surrounding woods acting as a natural barrier from the rest of the world. As you circle around to the south-facing reverse side of the cottage, you find yourself just steps from one of the Muskoka regions most-sought after bodies of water: Lake Joseph.
Margaritaville does an excellent job bringing together modern design with subtle nods to the traditional. The numerous windows allow for the pouring in of natural light and the sharp white walls reflect that light, creating an unforgettable space. The thoughtfully-finished wood and brick touches adds elegance along with the neutral tones, allowing the outdoor beauty to be appreciated at all times.
The open-concept kitchen proves to be no exception to the overall elegeance of the cottage. Ample cupboard and counter space is available, with added benefit of a marble-topped island at its centre, matching the all-marble kitchen countertops. Stainless steel appliances and natural lighting are contrasted by a few black pieces, including chairs for bar-style seating at the kitchen island. Across from the kitchen, you will find a seating for eight at the dining room table. Just beyond the kitchen, you'll find a beautifully-lit great room, designed with a two-sided stone fireplace and wall-mounted TV at its focal point. On the reverse side of the fireplace, you'll find a small and cozy card room. The all-season Muskoka Room is really an extension of the interior living space here. With more windows than wall, it's the perfect space to experience your beautiful surroundings, while finding shelter from the elements.
Of the 6 bedrooms offered here, the first is conveniently located on the main floor, featuring a queen bed and 3 piece ensuite and walkout to deck. Up the elegant winding staircase, you'll find the cottage splits into two separate wings. To your left, a kids bedroom with bunk bed (double on bottom and twin on top) and large TV as well as a queen bedroom. To the right you'll discover a balcony that overlooks the great room, as well as a three piece washroom. As you continue down the upper hall you'll find 2 other kids bedroom furnished with two twin beds and further along a master, with a king bed, ensuite and den area. The fourth washroom can be found on the lower floor in the form of a powder room.

Cancellation Policy by Guest -
Guest may cancel the agreement before150 days prior to the start of the rental period, the deposit will be returned less a fee of $2000 per week of reservation, if rental is under $20,000 per week. For rentals at $20,000 and over, the cancellation fee is $4000/week of rental. If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental all deposits will be forfeited. If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.
Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, Jayne's Cottages may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.
