Morgan Bay cottage is located on beautiful Lake Rosseau. Close to all amenities! Only 5 minutes from the Town of Rosseau, 10 minutes from Minett, and 25 minutes from Port Carling.
PROPERTY
MORGAN BAY features a large dock and boat port and is completely focused towards the lake. Relax at the outdoor table and couch located in a sheltered area. Walk on down to the water's edge and enjoy a nice fire at the fire pit.
INTERIOR
MAIN LEVEL
The main floor of the cottage features a beautiful open-concept design with plenty of windows to provide natural light. The Great Room features a large stone wood fireplace. Across the open-concept interior guests will find seating for 8 at a wonderfully well-lit dining room table. The bright and spacious kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and features marble countertops, as well as a kitchen island with seating for 3. The kitchen is also complete with a dishwasher, and an exceptional view of the indoors and outdoors alike. Off the Great Room is the Muskoka Room with a flat screen TV and a 20'x20' patio out front. There is a powder room at the front entry.
UPPER LEVEL
The cottage upper floor features two King bedrooms, one includes a Twin bed, and 1 Queen bedroom. The bathroom contains double sinks and a shower.
BUNKIE
The comfortable and equally luxurious bunkie comes well-equipped for guests and has two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two Twins. Guests staying in the bunkie can also enjoy a 3-piece bathroom.
OUTDOORS
Boat port and large dock to pass the day enjoying the sun, peacefulness and beautiful Muskoka views. Private with 310' of shoreline. Sandy area between the share and L-shaped dock. The lake side of the dock is around 4-5 feet deep, which is great for boats to dock or kids to jump into the water. Waterside fire pit and deck off Muskoka Room complete with outdoor patio furniture. Also some sitting area on deck in front of bunkie.
