Owl's Well is located right by Haystack Marina, and is privately tucked away with a spectacular view of Haystack Bay and Gardner Island. It is equipped with a hot tub and a fire pit, and is surrounded by beautifully-detailed stonework and landscaping. This cottage is a 5-minute drive from Dwight, 15 minutes from Dorset, 20 minutes from Huntsville and 30 minutes from Algonquin Park. The town of Dwight is only five minutes away and has everything from a grocery store, bakery, liquor store, hardware store and many more stores to browse through.There is a marina close by, and the area is easy to explore by boat: you can access Dorset in 20 minutes, Bigwin in 15 minutes, Baysville in 40 minutes and Dwight in 40 minutes.

Very large and private property with many sitting areas to enjoy both inside and outside. Property features a hot tub, natural perennial gardens, fire pit, gas BBQ, a dock that can fit a 21' motorboat and deck areas. The view is spectacular, dotted with an island, and you have all day sun! Features stone steps down to the waterfront, where there is a pebble area with shallow water entry, perfect for children!

Your friends and family will feel right at home when you first walk into this cottage! The main cottage has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, with multiple sitting areas and a beautiful Muskoka room. There is also a Coach House over the Garage that is a 2-suite unit with one bathroom!
The main floor is a perfect place to relax and enjoy the company of friends and family. There are several different seating areas, as well as a beautiful large stonewall fireplace, hardwood floors, a living room with a flat screen television and also a den with a flat screen television. There are two bedrooms on the main floor, one King-size bedroom, another room with a Queen and a Twin bed, as well as a 3-piece bathroom. The kitchen comes equipped with an Island that has seating for two, wood countertops, stainless steel appliance such as two fridges, an oven and microwave. The main dining room can easily seat ten people. There is also a deck that is accessible from the main level with plenty of comfy chairs. The all-wooden Muskoka Room is bright in natural daylight, with several windows and chairs.
The upper level of the cottage has two bedrooms that share access to the deck that boasts breathtaking views of Lake of Bays. One bedroom has a King-size bed, a television, and an ensuite 4-piece bathroom. The other bedroom has a King-size bed, a couch, and a 3-piece ensuite bathroom.
The Coach House sits over the Garage and contains a suite of two bedrooms, each with one Queen bed and two Twin beds. These two bedrooms share a full 3-piece bathroom. Each bedroom also has a walk-out to the deck that and one overlooks the lake and a sitting area on a large flagstone patio below.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy by Agency - If the cottage is struck by disaster prior to the start date then the contract will be null and void and payments refunded.

Cancellation Policy by Guest -
Guest may cancel the agreement before150 days prior to the start of the rental period, the deposit will be returned less a fee of $2000 per week of reservation, if rental is under $20,000 per week. For rentals at $20,000 and over, the cancellation fee is $4000/week of rental. If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental all deposits will be forfeited. If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.

Deposit Policy
Deposit Policy - 50% of Rental Amount is due at time of booking, 25% if booked the calendar year prior to the rental and 25% on January 1 of the rental year. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late payment of the balance between 59-46 days prior to the commencement of the rental that will be charged to your credit card. At 45 days prior to the rental, Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking as cancelled as per below.

Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, Jayne's Cottages may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.
