Palm Point is located on Horseshoe Lake, only 2hrs north of Toronto (just south of Parry Sound). There is a restaurant, convenience store, marina and gas station close by, with all other amenities found approx. 20 mins away in Parry Sound.
PROPERTY
The southeast exposure on the deck and dock welcomes sun first thing in the morning until late afternoon. With over 600 feet of water frontage and water depth of over 10 feet at the end of the dock, endless hours of dock and water fun will be had. There is also a beach located on the other side of the property that is perfect for children. 1 slip boathouse also included in rental.
INTERIOR
The design of the interior of the cottage centers on the use of natural materials such as slate floors in the foyer, granite kitchen counters, wide pine plank floors and stone fireplaces in harmony with colorful décor accents, fabrics, and artwork. Tongue and groove pine cathedral ceilings found in most all rooms on the main and upper level create an immense feel of luxury and space, while all the furnishings and bedding beckon for casual comfort and relaxation.
The main level open-concept living/dining/kitchen area is bright and spacious with numerous large bay windows on most all walls. The well-equipped and well laid out gourmet kitchen has an island and large breakfast counter, allowing for meal preparation while engaging with the family if they are snacking or relaxing in front of the fireplace. Enjoy meals at the large harvest dining room table with treetop views overlooking the deck and lake and retreat to the Muskoka Room for your after dinner beverage and slide open the doors to the deck to take in the warm summer breezes off of the lake.
The generous sized master bedroom is on the main level, overlooking the lake with a walk-out to the deck. The gorgeous 5-piece ensuite bathroom, complete with a soaker tub and walk-in rain shower, is an oasis unto itself.
A 2-piece bathroom and laundry room round out the main level, while the upper level has two large bedrooms sharing a 3-piece bathroom.
The lower level has two more bedrooms, a 3-piece bathroom and a substantial game room, the ideal space for entertaining on inclement days or late at night! Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy by Agency - If the cottage is struck by disaster prior to the start date then the contract will be null and void and payments refunded.

Cancellation Policy by Guest -
Guest may cancel the agreement before150 days prior to the start of the rental period, the deposit will be returned less a fee of $2000 per week of reservation, if rental is under $20,000 per week. For rentals at $20,000 and over, the cancellation fee is $4000/week of rental. If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental all deposits will be forfeited. If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.

Deposit Policy
Deposit Policy - 50% of Rental Amount is due at time of booking, 25% if booked the calendar year prior to the rental and 25% on January 1 of the rental year. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late payment of the balance between 59-46 days prior to the commencement of the rental that will be charged to your credit card. At 45 days prior to the rental, Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking as cancelled as per below.

Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, Jayne's Cottages may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.
