Rabbits Run Cottage is located just north of Dorset in Rabbit Bay, Lake of Bays. Dorset is a very quaint historical town with various shops, grocery stores, and some nearby restaurants and boating destinations. Only 2.5 hours from Toronto.

RABBITS RUN is perched on a rockside overlooking Lake of Bays, this charming property is perfect for those looking for a relaxing cottage escape! Featuring the main cottage and stairs leading down to the waterfront and large dock (space for two boats). There is a small shallow entry area into the water, as well as deep water off the dock - ideal for boating and swimming. The hot tub, located on the deck outside the main cottage, is a wonderful place to wind down at the end of the day and enjoy an evening cocktail. The front deck is a favourite place to relax and soak up some sun - equipped with an outdoor dining table, an umbrella, a propane BBQ and lounge furniture.

The bright, open-concept main floor features elegant hardwood floors, high ceilings and tasteful white walls. Complete with modern finishes, floor-to-ceiling windows and fresh, sophisticated decor, this cottage could not be more charming!

Down a small set of stairs from the kitchen, the open-concept living room provides a wonderful space for family and friends to congregate. Tucked away in another private corner off the living room is a darling little sitting area, complete with a record player and a day bed.

In a separate space behind the living room, guests will find a sophisticated dining area with a large wood dining table that seats 8.
