Reverie is a quaint Lake of Bays cottage, situated near the village of Dwight. 5 min drive to the Dwight Market - the Summerhill Market of Muskoka! Henrietta's Bakery, a liquor store, bank machines, gas station, and a hardware store. Algonquin Park only 20mins away. Limberlost Trails are a short 15 minutes away.

PROPERTY
Professionally-decorated - everything 8 years new! Cottage has a clean, black exterior accentuated with oversized red shutters, and 200-feet of private, south-facing frontage with breathtaking views of the lake! 4 bdrms, 4 bath in main cottage. 1 bdrm (2 twin beds) and 1 bathroom (2-piece) in larger bunkie. The smaller bunkie - dubbed the "Vinyl Cafe" due to the extensive collection of vinyl and CDs that reside here - has 1 single bed, and serves as the perfect hang out for teens and older children!
A single-slip boathouse, plenty of outside and inside seating areas, a large dock with private sandy beach and shallow waters, great walking trails nearby, and a large, screened-in Muskoka room overlooking the lake-- perfect for evening cocktails, admiring the sunsets, and shaded daytime lounging! Toddler and grandparent-friendly!
INTERIOR
A tasteful Tuscan yellow and pine interior lines this beautifully-appointed cottage, allowing for that warm and cozy Muskoka feel to vibrate through its new structure! The first thing you notice entering the cottage is its large, open-concept Great Room - comfortably decorated, this room provides the perfect space for entertaining guests! Equipped with a large stone, wood-burning fireplace, a television set, and plenty of seating and living space, the Great Room is only one of many common areas this cottage has to offer. The chef’s kitchen (2 sinks, 6 burner stove with 2 ovens, a wine fridge, and a large island with 4 stools), and the main dining area are all combined into one spacious Great Room. Located to the right of the kitchen, the dining area provides the perfect space to host dinner parties, and is equipped with a large dining room table that seats 10! There is a 2-piece powder room conveniently located off the Great Room, as well as a den/alternate living area that can be found to the left of the fireplace on the main floor. The master bedroom and ensuite are located next to the den - guests will enjoy a King-size bed, a bedroom fan, a walkout, and a large 5-piece bathroom with heated floors, separate bath and shower units, double sinks, and a private toilet stall. The Muskoka room - a large, screened-in seating and dining area that extends across the entire length of the cottage (equipped with ceiling fans) - is ideal for evening cocktails and admiring the breathtaking lakefront views. This room can be accessed through the Great Room on the main floor, or the Master bedroom.
If you follow the broad staircase downstairs, guests will find yet another spacious living area with plenty of comfy seating, a television set, and its own beautiful, stone wood-burning fireplace. The Queen guest room and its 3-piece ensuite are also located on the lower level of this cottage, as are 2 additional twin bedrooms and an oversized family bathroom (bath/shower unit, sink, and toilet). Doors leading out to the lake can also be found in the living room on the lower level of this cottage.
OUTDOORS
Follow the beautifully-landscaped grounds down the path to the water and you will find a single-slip boathouse, a large dock, and your own private sandy beach! Its soft sand and shallow waters are ideal for families with young children. Guests are also welcome to use the 2 bunkies located on the property. While the smaller bunkie currently serves as more of a hang out spot for older children and teens (one single bedroom, no bathroom), the larger bunkie contains 2 twin beds and a 2-piece bathroom. There is also a large canvas "Prospector" tent with 4 sleeping platforms & electricity.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy by Agency - If the cottage is struck by disaster prior to the start date then the contract will be null and void and payments refunded.

Cancellation Policy by Guest -
Guest may cancel the agreement before150 days prior to the start of the rental period, the deposit will be returned less a fee of $2000 per week of reservation, if rental is under $20,000 per week. For rentals at $20,000 and over, the cancellation fee is $4000/week of rental. If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental all deposits will be forfeited. If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.

Deposit Policy
Deposit Policy - 50% of Rental Amount is due at time of booking, 25% if booked the calendar year prior to the rental and 25% on January 1 of the rental year. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late payment of the balance between 59-46 days prior to the commencement of the rental that will be charged to your credit card. At 45 days prior to the rental, Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking as cancelled as per below.

Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, Jayne's Cottages may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.
