Tucked away on a quiet and private road, this memorable property is a 20-minute drive to the sights and sounds of Port Carling or Rosseau or 5 minutes from Windermere. Fine dining or fast casual restaurant options are available, as are numerous entertainment options.

PROPERTY
SHORE IS PURDY features a hand-laid brick floor in a palatial Muskoka cottage sitting on the pristine lake that is Lake Rosseau. This property sits on secluded land, perfect for making memories away from the usual hustle-and-bustle of life. Level land and a smooth shoreline add to the air of perfection that surrounds this lakefront cottage.

INTERIOR
Whip up a world-class meal in the restaurant-style kitchen, with stainless steel Wolf double oven, gas and induction stovetop, sub-zero commercial size fridge/freezer, 2 dishwashers, 2 sinks, and a large pantry, complete with drink fridge. There is also a separate ice maker in the kitchen. Sunshine and incredible views are at every turn.
The main floor boasts two dining rooms - perfect to keep an eye on the little ones, but also entertain in style. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the great room, and the other living room lounge features a gas fireplace in addition to a games room with a TV. The Muskoka Room is just beside the great room by the fireplace. The wall of windows allows a naturally-beautiful backdrop to your meals. Offset to the main living and dining area are both the primary bedroom wing, which includes 2 double beds and a pull-out couch above the Primary bedroom suite in the loft. As well, another 2-story wing with additional sleeping arrangements for your family or guests is available. The upper level features two bedrooms with Queen beds, along with the lower level has another two bedrooms one with queen and bunk bed and the other with double bunk beds (double on the bottom), providing more than ample space for your family and friends. Upper and lower beautiful custom-designed 3-piece bathrooms complement an already beautiful space. The Primary Bedroom suite features a private suite with a King bedroom and sitting area and TV, a large closet and an ensuite 5-piece bath with a heated floor and dressing room. An upper office workspace has a sectional couch, just in case you need to take a break from your little slice of heaven.

The boathouse, with its huge lower deck space, is the perfect spot for a summer afternoon of fun. The upper boathouse is equipped with an upper deck area with a long lake view, a beautiful sitting area, a queen bedroom and 3 piece bath and kitchen.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy by Agency -
If the Cottage Property is for any reason not rentable prior to commencement of the Rental Period then the Guest Agreement will be null and void and all Advance Deposits will be refunded to the Guest’s credit card within 7 days of cancellation. No additional refund or damages will be paid to the Guest or Guests.

Cancellation Policy by Guest -
Guest may cancel the agreement before150 days prior to the start of the rental period, the deposit will be returned less a fee of $2000 per week of reservation if rental is under $20,000 per week. For rentals at $20,000 and over, the cancellation fee is $4000/week of rental. If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental all deposits will be forfeited. If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.

Cancellation Policy on Concierge Services - Full refund on deposits made 31 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellation of concierge service for arrivals less than 31 days away, all deposits will be forfeited.

Deposit Policy
Deposit Policy - 50% of Rental Amount is due at time of booking.  If your rental's arrival date is greater than 6 months, the 25% is due upon booking and 25% is due 6 months prior to the commencement of the rental.  Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late payment of the balance between 59-46 days prior to the commencement of the rental that will be charged to your credit card. At 45 days prior to the rental, Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking as cancelled as per below.

Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, Jayne's Cottages may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.

LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged an additional $1000 Booking Fee.
Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a $500 Booking Fee.
