Tea House cottage is situated within 15 minutes of Parry Sound and only 10 minutes from Killbear Provincial Park, often referred to as βthe jewel of the northβ. The area is known for its rocky ridges, towering pines and pristine sandy beaches. This excellent location gives you access to shopping, hiking trails, and water activities. For the more adventurous cliff jumping and scuba diving are also available in the area. During the winter months, snow-shoeing, cross country skiing and ice fishing are just a few of the activities.

TEA HOUSE is a well-appointed holiday home with every luxury inside and out. This property allows parking for up to 8 cars. Professionally landscaped, there is something to entertain you at every level outdoors. Beautiful decks off of the main level of the home. Primary bedroom walkout with seating. A great place to enjoy your morning coffee and take in the sights. The deck off of the main floor hosts a gas BBQ, an umbrella to shield from the all day sun and plenty of seating. Make your way down the stone steps to the newly constructed patio with Pavilion. Large dining table that seats 12 and a new outdoor kitchen with additional BBQ, flat top grill, propane burner, fridge, and beverage fridge everything a gourmet cook will need for outside entertainment. A landscaped firepit with Muskoka chairs surrounding ensure plenty of smores and star gazing nights. Sauna and hot tub make for a spa like experience and extend the season to enjoy this beautiful space throughout the fall months. A sandbox for the littles ensures family fun for everyone. More seating at the dock allows for a quick dip into the water. Deep water off of the dock allows for great boating, fishing and water sports.

Elegant but cozy, all the rooms are filled with thoughtfully-selected comfortable furnishings. With 6 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, various indoor and outdoor seating areas, there is enough room for everyone to enjoy together and alone time. The Great Room takes advantage of the wonderful views with a cathedral ceiling that adds elegance to this room, and the large windows take advantage of all the natural light. Here you will find your kitchen, living area, plus a floor-to-ceiling Muskoka stone wood-burning fireplace that adds the ambiance of the true Canadian north. In addition, you have a breakfast bar and dining room with entry to another deck - this room is truly the heart of the home. The deck off the dining room has an Weber BBQ with rotisserie, outdoor dining for 6 and seating area that can sit 5 with a coffee table plus expansive views. This is an entertainer's paradise. There is a 4 season Muskoka room off the dining area to increase your seating or allow a separate conversation area. The gourmet kitchen is a chef's dream, well-lit with natural light and is complete with granite countertops, decorator finishes and upscale appliances. Off of the Great Room sits the main floor master bedroom. With its 5-piece ensuite and private deck, it's a true retreat.
