This cottage is on a serene lake called Salmon Lake which has minimal boat traffic. Regardless of the season, there is always something to do! Oastler Lake Provincial Park and summer markets to multiple skating rinks and Snow Fest, are just a couple of the events that take place year-round. This cottage is 20 mins from Parry Sound, 30 mins from Rosseau and about 2 hours for Toronto.
PROPERTY
TREEHOUSE is a cottage that integrates right into its environment that is surrounded by trees, providing guests with a cozy atmospheric feeling. The guests will enjoy this in the summer especially, as the majority of the property is fully shaded! There is ample outdoor parking. As guests head up a couple of stairs to the outdoor patio on the right side of the cottage, they will find an outdoor gas fireplace, a seating area for 6 with an umbrella and a BBQ. This area is enclosed by glass railings that don’t obstruct the guests from appreciating the beautiful view. Guests will continue alongside the cottage where guests will see a BBQ, a round hot tub, an outside shower the additional outdoor kitchen and patio. With a spacious patio that has 6 Muskoka chairs, a hexagon shaped picnic table with an umbrella and a portable cooler. Whether guests want to admire the morning view while sipping on their beverage of choice or to have dinner out here one evening, the options are limitless! As guests head down the wooden stairs with a handrail, guests will find this area has a lot of fun features as well! A picnic table off to the right and directly in front will be the fire pit area that seats four. Slightly to the left side, guests will see a seating area for 2 with a card table, a ninja line and tether ball. It doesn’t stop there for the different activities you can do as there is a very generous sized beach that comes loaded with water toys and a change room! Guests will find they arrive at a spacious beach on Salmon Lake. Salmon Lake is a
quiet and peaceful lake that guests can fully enjoy all hours of the day. As guests walk towards the dock, they will approach a bench with 2 Muskoka chairs that guests can watch the most spectacular sunrises and its reflection over the lake. Continuing onto the dock and right to the end, guests will find 2 lounger chairs, 6 Muskoka chairs, an umbrella and a fire pit! Walking back and heading up the stairs, the guests will see to their right, there is a bunkie, a hammock and a child size tree house with a spectacular view of the property!
