Located within walking distance of the well-known hamlet of Creemore. Less than 2 hours from Toronto, 25 mins to downtown Collingwood and 30 mins to Blue Mountain. Perfectly situated to enjoy the many nearby ski and golf facilities including Devils Glen and Mansfield ski clubs (both 15 mins drive), as well as an abundance of outdoor activities and walking trails (both on and off the property!). Less than 10 minutes to Mad River Golf Club. The town of Creemore has gained much popularity in recent years due to its charming aesthetic and bountiful offerings (including 5-star restaurants, quaint cafes, boutique shops, grocery outlets, and more).
PROPERTY
WYNDSOND FARM boasts 150 acres of rolling fields, endless forests, and 1.5 hours of walking trails which can all be found without leaving this Country Estate! The highly accessible, maple-lined driveway leading into the property is private yet not remote and is flanked by a picturesque apple orchard that continues down into the valley. This never-ending escarpment property is also equipped with a treated, aerated swimming pond with a dock and lily pad for those hot summer days. Take in the breathtaking sunsets and all-day sun on the west-facing deck, and help yourself to whatever is in season from the raised bed vegetable garden! An oversized 2-car attached garage can also be found on the property, as well as a fully-equipped two-bedroom apartment - perfect for guests or as a nanny suite! The beautifully landscaped property boasts endless perennial gardens, a waterfall feature that flows into the pond, a fire pit, and a small beach area. Children will be delighted by the countless amenities at their fingertips including an asphalt area for sports and play, a Ninja Course, a designated basketball area, and the lower garage play area filled with bikes, hockey nets, and a ping pong table.
INTERIOR
ORIGINAL FARMHOUSE
MAIN LEVEL
The main level boasts a lovely breezeway that connects the original farmhouse to the spacious new addition, featuring glass doors on both sides and stunning views of the surrounding perennial gardens. Enter through the attached garage into the family foyer/mudroom.
KITCHEN
Though newly renovated, the gourmet kitchen maintains an old-time charm that just cannot be bought. Featuring a unique T-shaped island with maple & granite countertops, a wine fridge and seating for 6, an oversized Wolf Range with a double oven and grill top, a subzero fridge/freezer, 2 Miele dishwashers, a microwave and a Jura Espresso machine. Guests will also enjoy the separate pantry area for additional food storage.
DINING AREA
There is a separate dining table located just one step down from the kitchen which boasts seating for 6+.
GREAT ROOM
The Great Room features a charming wood-burning stone fireplace and an abundance of cozy seating. Double glass doors lead guests outside to the oversized deck, which is equipped with dining for 10, plenty of outdoor furniture, a Weber propane BBQ and a Green Egg BBQ.
LIVING ROOM
Also located off the kitchen is a separate TV room which offers cozy couches, a wood-burning stove, a desk area and glass doors leading to the 3-season sunroom.
SUNROOM
Possibly the most well-loved room in the house, this 3-season sunroom has gorgeous views and is equipped with a pull-out couch. A fantastic place to enjoy your morning coffee.
PLAYROOM
Also off the kitchen is a large playroom with lots of toys and board games. Double glass doors lead to a screened-in porch which has dining for 8-10 and a seating area from which to enjoy the sunsets.
UPPER LEVEL
Follow the winding staircase past the landing area to the three upstairs bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a King-sized bed, skylights and a sitting area; the second is equipped with a Queen bed and a built-in desk area, and the third features twin bunk beds and an additional twin bed. Guests will also find two full bathrooms on the upper level of the original farmhouse - one with a tub/shower combination, and the other with a stand-alone shower.
SEPARATE GUEST SUITE / ADDITION
UPPER LEVEL
Entirely separate from the original farmhouse, this newly built addition serves as the perfect guest or nanny suite! Featuring an open-concept, fully equipped kitchen with fridge, dishwasher, cooktop, island seating for 5 and an additional eating nook with built-in seating. Just beyond the kitchen is the living area which boasts several cozy couches, a TV and a wood-burning stove. Guests will also find two spacious bedrooms in the upper addition as well as a Jack-and-Jill bathroom that connects the two rooms. In-floor heating throughout!
LOWER LEVEL
There is an additional fridge and freezer located on the lower level of the Guest Suite. You can also access the kid's play garage from this level.

All properties are outfitted with Jayne's White Linens, unlimited Internet/WIFI, at least 1 Smart TV, washer/dryer, dishwasher, drip coffee maker, vacuum and cleaning supplies.
The linens and turnover fee is $1380 per rental
The security deposit is 40% of the weekly rental rate for 1 week rentals and 25% of the weekly rental rate if the reservation is longer than 2 weeks. Other amounts could be considered on a one-off basis for Repeat Guests.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy:
If the Cottage Property is for any reason not rentable prior to commencement of the Rental Period then the Guest Agreement will be null and void and all Advance Deposits will be refunded to the Guest’s credit card within 7 days of cancellation. No additional refund or damages will be paid to the Guest or Guests.
Cancellation Policy by Guest:
For rentals under $20,000/week, a Guest may cancel the agreement 150 days or more prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned, less a fee of $2,000/week of reservation. For rentals between $20,000/week and $40,000/week, a Guest may cancel the agreement 150 days or more prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned, less a fee of $4,000/week of reservation. For rentals over $60,000/week, a Guest may cancel the agreement 150 days or more prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned, less a fee of $6,000/week of reservation.
If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental, all deposits will be forfeited.
If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement, the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.
Cancellation Policy on Concierge Services: Full refund on deposits made 31 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellation of concierge service for arrivals less than 31 days away, all deposits will be forfeited.
Deposit Policy
Deposit Policy: 50% of Rental Amount is due at time of booking. If your rental's arrival date is greater than 6 months from the booking date, the 25% is due upon booking and 25% is due 6 months prior to the commencement of the rental. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late payment of the balance between 59-46 days prior to the commencement of the rental that will be charged to your credit card. At 45 days prior to the rental, Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking as cancelled as per below.
Security Deposit Policy:
Security Deposit: The Security Deposit is calculated as 40% of the peak season weekly rental rate for 1 week rentals and 25% of the total rental value if the reservation is longer than 2 weeks. If the rental period is not in the peak season, there is a minimum security deposit that will be applied.
Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, Jayne's Cottages may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged an additional $1,000 Booking Fee.
Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a $500 Booking Fee.

"We absolutely loved it!"
First, we never write reviews, but Wyndsong was so lovely we felt compelled to write one. The pictures on the website don’t fully convey how beautiful and tranquil the property is. The house is full of light, with large windows and skylights throughout. We fell asleep looking at the stars and awoke awash in morning sun. The kitchen is truly a joy to cook in, with every possible pot, pan and gadget one could need. The attached, renovated 2 bedroom suite means there’s ample room for two families to share a stay at the farm, or for one family it means there’s plenty of room for parents and kids to each have their space. The pond was terrific for swimming or just relaxing in the sun on an inflatable. We will definitely see about a return visit.
