We are happy to introduce you to Summer Breeze, a beautiful cottage rental on Lake Rosseau. This property has been a delight to represent for the past five years, and it continues to impress its guests year after year. Summer Breeze is wonderfully located only seven minutes from Port Carling and twenty minutes from Bracebridge.
One of the features that stands out the most about Summer Breeze is its Muskoka Room! The doors open right up onto their outdoor deck. This is a great place to relax and enjoy the views of Lake Rosseau through massive windows.
The Muskoka Room is not the only room that opens onto the deck, the boathouse doors also open right up as well! It is quite spectacular and our staff’s favourite feature of this rental. Summer Breeze’s boathouse comes complete with its own kitchenette, den, two bedrooms, and a three-piece bathroom making it perfect for multi-family / multi-generation Guests. The boathouse boasts an oversized wraparound deck and wonderful views of the lake.
One of the questions that we get asked most frequently is how many people can sit at the dining room table. This property not only has a beautiful dining table which can seat ten people, but it also has a wonderful outdoor dining space. Nothing is quite as popular as a BBQ on a summer night seated outside! (It’s certainly what we look forward to!) Summer Breeze also comes equipped with a firepit (what Muskoka night is complete without sitting around the fire with friends and family?) and a sauna.
Summer Breeze also includes a brand-new gym with new gym equipment. If privacy is your concern, you have nothing to worry about on this three-acre property complete with 300 feet of shoreline.
