With level, grassy lawns spanning every inch of the property, this one-of-a-kind estate is perfect for a family of young and old! With incredible views of the surrounding lake, as well as activities at every turn, this is truly a dream property. The privacy of the surrounding trees provides an incredibly serene and peaceful atmosphere. With a gazebo, exterior corridors, and a hot tub at the juncture of the central and west wing, there are many incredible places to enjoy a book or watch the seasons change right overhead. The vast lawn is home to a trampoline and a hammock which will keep the children entertained for hours! As you approach the waterfront from the northwest side of the property, a nautical rope handrail guides you down to the array of docks. Lounge chairs resting on a patch of sand is a great place to supervise children swimming in the shallow water. A rooftop deck by the lakeshore features pergolas and is an amazing place to relax and check out the surrounding views.

The second living space is furnished with two couches and two wing chairs surrounding the fireplace.

The wooden dining room table sits underneath a beautiful chandelier and offers seating for 12 people.
KITCHEN
The kitchen features high-end appliances, 6-element range, grill top, double oven, microwave and 2 sinks.
PARLOUR
The spacious parlour is furnished with a desk, TV and 2 loveseats.
MIDDLE LEVEL - CENTRAL
The middle floor in the central area is home to the pantry that includes an extra fridge and freezer. The craft room sits beside the pantry and is a great place for children to dine. A BBQ sits just outside this area. This floor is also home to the laundry machines (3 washers and dryers).
