This is my 3rd time renting from Jayne over the past 5 years. Every single time my family and I have completed our vacation with zero issues and only happy memories. The cottages are always clean and ready for us and Jayne and her team were always quick to address any needs that we had. From garbage pickups to boat rentals to basic Muskoka info, responses were prompt and useful.

The cottages are always well maintained and the support is first rate. They are now offering a concierge service if you need it. Thank you very much for making our cottage renting experience amazing! We were at the Blue Heron Estate over the Labor Day week and my family and I had a great time. The property was beautiful and we can tell how much the owner has put into the space to make it a lovely home….truly an impressive property. On top of that, the property was clean and spotless, and the mid-week cleaning staff was amazing as well, it truly added an extra touch to the entire experience. Jayne’s team were also amazing throughout the process. I had a ton of questions before and during the stay as this is a new experience for me and my family – we usually stay at hotels. But the concierge and my cottage manager were so friendly and patient with me! Would highly recommend this service if you are looking for a high end cottage rental experience.
