I wanted to thank you and your staff for all the support during our leadership retreat in Muskoka. Everyone from the delivery team, cottage hosts, the chef team and of course Ashi were so very helpful, professional and friendly. I really appreciate the high level of service and attention to detail. I know my uncle will be in good hands with your team this summer.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Modern Moose Lodge. The house is exceptionally beautiful and well maintained. Jayne’s Luxury Cottages was a dream to work with from the house rental and the rentals of all the amenities such as boats, Sea Doos, paddle boards, etc. They took care of our chef services and were always available and on hand for any and all requests throughout our two week stay. This trip was one of the best ever for our family and we wished we had stayed longer!

From the very first contact I knew we were in excellent and capable hands. As the travel planner for our family (no I’m not an agent) I do enjoy being looked after as much as I look after my family and their needs. I too, took comfort in knowing that my family and I were cared for. Excellent communication through email and text made planning easy and the services offered gave a resort feel.

Boat & SUP rental. SUPS were on site when we arrived very convenient. Pontoon was not initially available from Vernon Lake, concierge went above and beyond and sourced a Pontoon from another lake and had it delivered to a boat launch near us. Excellent service.

Jayne’s was perfect from end to end, making everything seemless and making a cottage stay feel almost more like a hotel stay with high end linens, laundry service and a concierge only a text away. The quality of the rental surpassed my expectations. Will highly recommend Jayne’s to those who want a cottage adventure, but with a more luxurious and refined edge.

Jayne’s was very organized and great at communicating with me on a very timely basis. When I had questions, their response time was excellent. The property was stunning and looked even better than the pictures shown. The house was in excellent condition and accommodated a big group very easily. I highly recommend this property!
