This past summer, we rented a cottage through Jayne. The cottage had everything that we were looking for and more. Jayne and her associates were both highly professional and very attentive making sure that our stay was enjoyable. We had a great family time and plan to do it all again this summer with Jayne’s help.

Ellen was my second rental with Jayne’s Cottages during the 2015 season. We had such a great experience the first time, I knew exactly who to contact for our second rental. Jayne takes all the hassle and apprehension out of renting an unknown property. You can believe the descriptions, the photos, and the high level of customer service… It’s all true!! We also rented a boat through Jayne, and even had a SUP Yoga class at our cottage… everyone was a pleasure to deal with. The cottage and boathouse on Ellen Island are straight out of Cottage Life magazine!! The decor is exactly what you would hope for in Muskoka… and being on your own island is an amazing experience! We especially loved the fact that we could let our dogs run free without any worry whatsoever. We are very grateful we had the opportunity to enjoy a true Muskoka vacation in such a unique setting. We can’t wait to go back!!

Jayne was very easy to work with and was super responsive with any questions I had prior to the stay. The cottage was nothing less than what our group imagined – it was beautiful and we had a delighted stay. We will definitely be booking again!
