Boaters can boat for miles on the Big 3 from this convenient location. Hikers can enjoy miles of hiking trails around Hardy Lake just 10 minutes away or the Torrance Barrens for night time start gazing. Just a 2 hour drive from Toronto, this area is easily accessible in all seasons.
PROPERTY
TIMBER HAVEN - Drive up to this pretty post and beam cottage on level land. There is a lovely back deck with bbq, a seating area and a hot tub. Enjoy smores and stars while sitting around the lakeside firepit. Make your way over to the large dock with boat port and upper sun deck with glass railings so you never miss a moment of the lake view. Enjoy sunning on this great spot that has plenty of outdoor seating. The lower level dock has a shallow walk in area and is 8 feet deep off the dock, which comes with it's own diving board. With its ease of access to the waterside this is an ideal spot for smaller children or elderly guests.

This fully screened Muskoka Room off of the kitchen is a great spot to enjoy your breakfast at the round table that seats 4, or curl up with a good book on one of the wicker seating spots.

Policies
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy by Agency:
If the Cottage Property is for any reason not rentable prior to commencement of the Rental Period then the Guest Agreement will be null and void and all Advance Deposits will be refunded to the Guest’s credit card within 7 days of cancellation. No additional refund or damages will be paid to the Guest or Guests.
Cancellation Policy by Guest:
For rentals under $20,000/week, a Guest may cancel the agreement 150 days or more prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned, less a fee of $2,000/week of reservation. For rentals between $20,000/week and $40,000/week, a Guest may cancel the agreement 150 days or more prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned, less a fee of $4,000/week of reservation. For rentals over $60,000/week, a Guest may cancel the agreement 150 days or more prior to the start of the rental period and the deposit will be returned, less a fee of $6,000/week of reservation.
If the Guest cancels the agreement 61 to 149 days prior to the start of the rental, all deposits will be forfeited.
If the Guest cancels the agreement less than 60 days before the start of the rental agreement, the Guest is responsible for the full amount of the rent and is not entitled to any refund.
Cancellation Policy on Concierge Services: Full refund on deposits made 31 days or more prior to arrival. For cancellation of concierge service for arrivals less than 31 days away, all deposits will be forfeited.
Deposit Policy
Deposit Policy: 50% of Rental Amount is due at time of booking. If your rental's arrival date is greater than 6 months, the 25% is due upon booking and 25% is due 6 months prior to the commencement of the rental. Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. Please note that there is a $250 penalty associated with late payment of the balance between 59-46 days prior to the commencement of the rental that will be charged to your credit card. At 45 days prior to the rental, Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking as cancelled as per below.
Jayne's Cottages is entitled to treat the booking of any Guest as cancelled in the event that: a) the Guest gives written notification of cancellation; b) the Guest fails to pay the full deposit due or the balance of rent by the time specified above. In the event that the booking is so cancelled, Jayne's Cottages may re-book the property for the period concerned or for part of that period.
LAST MINUTE BOOKINGS
Bookings made within 24 hours of arrival will be charged an additional $1,000 Booking Fee.
Bookings made within 48 hours of arrival will be charged a $500 Booking Fee.
